What a boxhas to pass
A studio can't inspect a sterile blister. So the inspection happens before the box leaves, and the record stays attached to the lot number.

What we verify in every lot
Needle count and configuration against the spec sheet. Taper length. Tube seal integrity. Sterilisation indicator. One sample box per lot is opened, measured and recorded against the lot number.

Sterilisation and shelf life
Ethylene oxide. Five-year shelf life from the sterilisation date printed on every blister. A damaged blister is waste, not stock.

Traceability
Every box carries a lot number in the form BK26-0417 — year, then sequence. That number connects the box to its factory run, its sterilisation certificate and its sample measurement.

What we don't sell, and why
Pigment — closed until we can trace ink to the lot. 2027 at the earliest.
Machines — not consumables, and better made by people who only make machines.
Anything we didn't manufacture — resale is a catalogue, and nobody changes supplier for a catalogue.
Arrives with the first lot. Every box will resolve here.
